Domestic made mobile set market stability continues

Emad Semi-conductor Company is one of companies which have contract with industry ministry to manufacture two million mobile sets annually.
“World economic crisis and decreasing mobile set trade has led to domestic made mobile set market to be stable,” Hemid-Reza Monji told Iran’s mobile news agency (MOBNA).
“Domestic manufacturers’ activity can develop only if mobile set smuggling is confronted strictly countrywide,” he added.
“Because of increasing mobile set smuggling and their cheap price tags, customers’ willingness to buy smuggled mobile set has increased,” he added.   
“Currently mobile phone market does not have proper situation and customers’ tendency to buy well-known mobile sets has decreased,” he continued.
