Persian rayanameh equivalent of email

”The word has been approved by the Persian Academy and has been decreed to relevant organizations and agencies,” Hamid Hasani, a Persian Academy telecommunication group researcher told Mobna news agency.
”The term Electronic Post has not been approved by the Academy, however, but used unofficially as equivalent of email,” he said.
Some believe that words such as post, telephone, bank and television do not need Persian equivalents.
The Persian Academy recently proposed payamak as equivalent of sms.
