MMS and GPRS services not functional

MMS and GPRS operators had been active for six months.
Although the services have had a lukewarm reception by subscribers, it is nearly two weeks that their few subscribers are unable to use them at all.
Disconnection of sms, mms and GPRS has continued since June 11, resulting in over 31 million MCI, one million Taliya and 14 million MTN-IranCell subscribers not being able to use the services.  
These operators are already faced with billions of rials of losses due to loss of earnings since 10th Presidential election.
