June 29 deadline to settle MCI phone bill

Those who fail to settle their phone bill in time would face a one-way connection for a week leading up to a complete deactivation after receiving warnings.
MCI has notified its subscribers by sms some 20 days ago of the amount due for the March-June period.
Subscribers who pay before the deadline will be able to take part in company’s fourth lottery later this year.
MCI has so far issued 37 million sim cards, of which over 16 million are postpaid sim card subscribers.
