Mobile operators urged to dispute negative effects of BTS antennas claim

“Mobile phone operators are not allowed to directly sign contract with residents in launching BTS antennas on rooftops,” Morteza Talaii told Mobna news agency.
“The Tehran City Council’s claim that BTS antenna radiation is harmful is based on research, studies and expert opinion and we would like to hear mobile operators’ counter arguments,” he added.
The operators had earlier claimed that BTS antenna radiation had no negative effect on the health of citizens.
