Iran has pledged to donate $560m within 5 years towards Afghanistan’s reconstruction with respect to the Iran-Afghanistan bilateral pack.
The ICT Ministry has already completed some telecommunication projects in Afghanistan with some projects at hand, including establishing a fiber optic network in four southern Afghan provinces by Shahid Ghandi Telecommunication Companies signed last December.
With the opening of communication training center, Afghan students will be able to continue their education at the center assisted by Iranian lecturers who would be sent to the country for that purpose.
