Impending landline phone revision

According to the Fourth Economic Development Plan, landline phone tariff is raised annually in step with current inflation rate, but in 2006 the government halted that item of the Plan.
World phone operators generally do not use landline phone service merely to transmit voice but use it in the form of value-added service, which is more profitable, contrary to this country which merely relies on income from phone calls.
