Appointments at MCI board of directors finalized

“Vahid Sadoughi, Hamid-Reza Nikoufar, Mohammad-Reza Modarress Khiabani, Mozaffar Pour Ranjbar and Towfighi have been appointed member of the board of directors,” Davoud Zareian told Mobna news agency.
Vahid Sadoughi was previously managing director of MCI. He is also the Government representative in TCI.
Hamid-Reza Nikoufar has been reinstated.
Mohammad-Reza Modarress Khiabani is the managing director of Shahriar Mahestan Company, one of TCI shareholders, and Mozaffar Pour Ranjbar is the managing director of Mobin Etemad Company which recently acquisitioned a large bulk of TCI shares.
Mohammad-Ali Towfighi comes from Mehr Iran Company.
