Frozen sim card market

Prepaid sim cards (MCI, Taliya and IranCell), however, are having a relatively lucrative market thanks to their low prices.
Market sources do not expect significant change in current prices in the foreseeable future.
Postpaid MCI sim cards are sold as follows:
New sim cards with codes 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 are sold at 5.75, 5.45, 3.85, 3.90, 3.65, 3.15 and 3.00 million rials respectively while second-hand MCI sim cards with codes 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 are sold at 5.45, 3.90, 3.00, 2.50, 2.50, 2.30, 2.15 and 2.05 million rials respectively.
MCI, Taliya and IranCell prepaid sim cards are sold at 300,000, 120,000 and 50,000 rials respectively.
