Offending internet companies to face suspension and license withdrawal-RCRO official

“In such a situation the company has to repay the subscriber in accordance with the agreements signed between them,” Alireza Asgharian told Mobna news agency.
“Before the license is revoked, the company has to inform the subscriber of period of time that the company is being suspended and if the subscriber does not agree to wait the company has to refund the service fee,” he added.
“The company may instead transfer the service to another service provider and reclaim it after the suspension period is over,” he said.
Asgharian said if the license is permanently withdrawn the company’s liabilities, as stated in its license, will be in place as long as subscribers have not been repaid.
