Domestic-made mobiles not fully known

“One major reason why such sets are not well sought after is that no advertisement is made of their latest models,” Mohammad Rahmani, a mobile market source told Mobna news agency.
“Another reason is the abundance of smuggled mobiles that bear the name of famous world brands,” he added.
He said the price difference between domestic-made and famous foreign brands is marginal and that is why the buyers opt for the latter.
However, one market source believes domestic-made sets do not use up-to-date technologies and for that reason they no longer appear in shop windows.
