Megafon probably to participate in third operator tender: RCRO head

“The deadline to provide tender proposition packages is December 13 and it will not be extended at all,” Mahmoud Khosravi said.
  “It should not be assumed that one operators leaving from third operator tender, will affect the entire tender, since currently most of the foreign operators tend to participate,” he added.   
“We are not sure that Megafon is not participating in the tender, since there are some rumors that this operator is negotiating with domestic companies secretly,” he said.  
“It seems that Megafon made arguments about Iran governments franchise fee of third operator tender, so that it can surpass other rivals and be the winner,” Khosravi added.
