Deadline to submit third operator tender documents extended to Nov 15

Mohammad Reza Farnaghi-Zad told Mobna news agency the deadline was previously set on November 3 and those who have obtained the tender documents will have until November 15 to submit them to RCRO.
He also said the date to announce preliminary assessment and submission of full text of license is November 22 and the date for submission of envelopes a, b and c is December 16.
He said the envelopes will be opened on December 17 and stressed the change of deadline had been requested by tender participants.
Authorities expect the third countrywide operator sim cards will be on sale before September 2009.
