Downloading Persian sms possible at telecom service bureaus

“Users may download the software at any telecom service bureau,” Zahir Tayyeb told Mobna news agency.
“This is because telecom service bureaus are equipped with high-speed internet service and people may download the software from the site www.mci.ir,” he said, pointing out that high-speed internet is needed for that purpose.
The software enables users to pack around 200 Persian characters into one sms whereas without it such messages are broken into fragments of less than 70 characters long incurring higher cost to the sender.
