Sim card deactivation & call transcripts though landline phone or internet

E-care features, available in Tehran Province in the first phase, include deactivation of a lost sim card, activation or deactivation of a sim card via the internet or obtaining mobile phone call transcripts by landline phone, the MCI public relations announced.
Those interested should complete the application form by visiting the MCI website  at www.mci.ir and after receiving confirmation from the MCI complete another form and hand in a copy of the printed form to any of the eight MCI bureaus.
