Third mobile phone operator to release sim cards around March 2009: RCRO

Third mobile phone operator tender documents are being sold and will continue up to 8 October, RCRO announced.
According to the RCRO public relation, it is expected that third mobile phone operator tender will be finalized and the tender winner will be determined up to next two or three months.
RCRO is the Iranian telecommunications ministrys regulatory body which sets standard of operation for the phone operators in the country.
Third nationwide mobile phone operator tender documents will go on sale from 6 September until 7 October.
