Some of internet phone tender participants have record in call smuggling

Alireza Elmi comments come following unofficial announcement of the winners of Infrastructure Company’s internet phone tender.
He said his union has received documents revealing that some of the companies participating in the tender have in the past engaged in call smuggling.
He urged Radio Communication & Regulations Organization (RCRO) to renew his union members’ origination licenses so as to remove any anxieties.
