“With the change in the organizational structure and a competition between first and second nation wide mobile phone operators, the rates will definitely go down,” he added.
He also referred to the drop in Persian sms tariff by saying it is effectively based on the call rate, and added that the same will occur for the non-Persian sms tariff in long term.
