Tamin Telecom likely as Third Operator with initial offer: RCRO head

“The tender was held without a hitch but because Tamin Etisalat consortium failed to fulfill its commitments, it was dismissed from the project,” Mahmoud Khosravi said.
“The Iranian company Tamin Telecom is ready to participate in the Third Operator project on the basis of its initial offer,” he said.
“If an agreement is struck with the government, the Third Operator winner will be inaugurated without a ceremony,” he added.
“We have asked Tamin Telecom to offer its schedules within a month and if it is prepared to offer a guarantee in fulfilling its commitments it will be selected as Third Operator,” he continued.
“Tamin Telecom is an affiliate of the Social Security Organization and the Pensions Fund,” he said.
