Internet users’ penetration rate reached 35 percent

“According to the Plan (2005-2010), internet users’ penetration rate should have reached 27 percent but with 129 percent growth it has now reached around 35 percent,” Abd Khezr Kamrani told Mobna news agency.
“During 9th government internet capacity increased by more than 26,000 mega bytes but according to the Plan it should have reached 19,000 mega bytes indicating a growth of 136 percent,” he added.
