Around two years ago, RCRO decreed that provincial telecommunication companies should demand only 10,000 rials instead of 30,000 rials from a subscriber but these companies failed to abide by this decision.
Last month, Telecommunication Company of Iran demanded all PAP companies to implement the approval, which they all did except Tehran Province Telecommunication Company.
