TCI to sell off 51 percent block shares worth 15.5 billion rials

TCI per share base price is 3,400 rials and will be sold off by Sept 22.
The total value of TCI administrative block is 7.8 billion dollars.
The company’s total assets are put at 15.5 billion dollars.
TCI block share applicants are expected pay 20 percent in cash and the rest as installments within eight years.
It works out that the buyer has to pay 1,560 billion rials every 30 days.
The foreign investor can purchase 28 percent of TCI shares provided that they are in partnership with an Iranian company.
