Domestic manufacturers to help launch NGN

”A member of TCI board of directors has been assigned to study NGN requirements with regard to the changes in domestic products,” Vafa Ghafarian, head of Telecommunication Company of Iran board of directors announced.
”The project has been approved by the board of directors and the matter has been decreed to relevant companies,” he said.
”The decree insists that the existing telecommunication switches cannot be used in future NGN and the companies should then do as required,” he added.
”The existing domestic companies are quite able to support TCI to launch NGN,” he said.
