MCI seeking alternative to current billing system

”The MCI billing project has not progressed as well as expected and an alternative system has been determined in order to meet its billing requirements,” Vafa Ghafarian told Mobna news agency.
”Some of MCI’s billing requirements have been met by the implementation of IN (intelligent network) developed by China’s Huawei and other requirements are expected to be addressed by domestic sources,” he said.
