”The project is very complex and will be finished by end of this year,” he continued.
It was transferred to a consortium compromising of domestic companies such as ITMC and Micro Moj.
It had been planned that the project would be completed in 18 months. The deadline was extended by MCI to July 2009 and extended again to end of this year.
