Disorder in IranCell network

Currently, MTN-IranCell sim cards cannot be reached through landline phone and callers have to dial several times to make a call to an IranCell number.
IranCell subscribers too face repeated disconnections while in conversation.
Sms network disconnection and unsuccessful calls to IranCell sim cards have resulted to less demand for its sim and charge cards.
The operator has released some 14 million sim cards and 98 percent of them are prepaid ones.
