Customers’ reluctance to buy warranted mobile sets

”Lack of proper after-sale service by authorized companies is the main reason for customers to go for mobile sets without warrantees,” market insider, Mohsen Pour-Rezaee told Mobna news agency.
“The price difference between mobile sets without or without warrantee is another factor which has led to high purchase of smuggled sets by customers,” he added.
Lack of direct supervision by government agencies and unions has resulted in 95 percent of the market being filled with smuggled mobile sets.
