Landline phone bill under 20,000 rials not issued

“This is to encourage subscribers to use Government’s electronic services as well as save on unnecessary trips,” Hasan Orouji told Mobna news agency.
“If subscribers wish to learn about their phone bill they should call 1818 directory,” he said.  
Subscribers should log on to Mashad Telecommunication Company’s website if they need more information on their phone bill, the company announced.
There are 130,000 subscribers in Mashad whose landline bills are under 20,000 rials.
