Thriving prepaid sim card market

Mobile Company of Iran, Taliya and IranCell prepaid sim cards are sold at 300, 120 and 70 thousand rials respectively.
Currently, second-hand MCI sim card with code 1 is sold at 5,200,000 rials but those with catchy numbers are sold over 8,000,000 rials.
Other MCI sim cards are sold as follows:
New MCI sim cards with codes 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 are sold at 5.6, 4.6, 3.3, 3.3, 3.25, 3.05 and 3 million rials respectively.
Second-hand MCI sim cards with codes 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, however, are sold at 3.25, 3.05, 2.35, 2.3, 2.2, 2.1 and 1.9 million rials respectively.
