Third Operator tender dossier sent to Cabinet for final decision

He confirmed dismissal of Zain-Iran consortium from Third Operator project.
“If a group of Iranian companies with strong financial backing form a consortium, they would stand the chance of winning the project,” Hamid-Reza Fouladgar told Mobna news agency.
According to Third Operator license, the operator should be of 51-49 percent Iranian-foreign ownership, but the condition could be revised if the tender was to be repeated.
