ICT minister to address Parliament on Third Operator and TCI privatization

Etisalat’s winning Third Operator tender and its later dismissal and Zain-Iran consortium are among subjects that will be discussed at this meeting. 
ICT ministry maintains that the Etisalat was dismissed from Third Operator project because it failed to fulfill its commitments.
On the other hand and according to this year’s Budget, TCI block shares are to be sold off by June 21 although Privatization Organization officials maintain that TCI has until the end of current Iranian year to be privatized.
