“When I began to use the card it issued some odd messages,” Nezami, a user, told Mobna news agency.
“I tried to contact company’s support department, and after some trials finally got through and was advised to get a replacement that had credit from one of their representatives,” she added.
“The question is: why does the company sell cards that are used up?” she asked.
