MCI and Irancell network coverage in metro is not complete

Mobile phone coverage in metro is among operators’ compulsions, but they do not cover some metro stations. For example although Irancell is active for more than 2.5 years but it does not have complete coverage in metro.
Tehran and suburb metro has been launched 10 year ago but mobile phone operators have not complete their network coverage in all station.
