No offer for Taliya expansion to TCI

“Taliya’s development is not TCI’s responsibility but that of an investment company in Rafsanjan,” Vafa Ghaffarian said in a press conference.
Since its start of operation, Taliya, with the management and financial backing of a cooperative company, has been able to distribute one million prepaid sim cards across the country.
The operator, whose 57 percent of gross income goes to TCI as Government share, for some reason or other has not been able to attract a foreign investor which it needs for its future development.
