Receiving bank guarantee from Communication Services Bureaus cancelled

“According to Communication Services Offices regulations, offering bank guarantee has been omitted from needed documents to issue offices license,” Seyyed-Asghar Zaeem told Iran’s mobile news agency (MOBNA).
“It was arranged that service providers to predict needed guarantees in their contracts with license owners,” he said.
“Therefore Radio Communication and Regulations Organization has asked provincial workgroups not to receive bank guarantee from new founded offices or offices which change to Communication Services Bureaus or want to extend their license,” he added.
