MCI subscribers able to perform own services

“Subscribers who wish to receive such permission should logon to company’s portal, click appropriate option and then fill in the printed form, submitting it to any MCI branch,” he added.
“The applicant would then be issued with id no and password who would later be able to activate/deactivate his/ her sim card without having to apply at an MCI office in person.
The company has nearly 37 million subscribers, 16 million and 350,000 of whom are postpaid and the rest prepaid sim card owners.
