Tamin Telecom allowed foreign partner for Third Operator

“Tamin Telecom was declared Third Operator project winner with the Economic Council permission after a tender to select the winner had been annulled,” Reza Taghipour told Mobna news agency.
He said there had been intensive negotiations with world mobile phone operators for six months before assigning the project to Shms-e Novin Company, a subsidiary of the Social Security Organization, which accepted the project at the same value that had been quoted previously in the tender document.
