ICT bureaus to issue Third Operator services

“With Third Operator services being introduced at such bureaus, they could become even more active in the profession,” Zahir Tayyeb told Mobna news agency.
“Such services could include sim card transactions as well as services that such bureaus issued with respect to other operators, although there is bound to be new services,” he added.
The Ministry of Information and Communication Technology recently declared Tamin Telecom as winner of the Third Operator project some fifteen months after the actual tender who is expected to introduce 3G technology for the first time in the country.
