Judiciary not supporting Arbitration Council web site launch

“Despite initial positive response, the plan has not taken off mainly for lack of financial support and formal authorization by the Judiciary,” Bagher Afkhami told Mobna news agency.
He indicated the Council had announced its readiness to launch the web site and the Judiciary had yet to respond.
The arbitration council specializing in cyber crimes deals solely with complaints regarding the internet, and its rulings, just like judiciary court rulings, are mandatory.
