Internet telephone regulation to be reviewed

The concept has not been taken seriously by mobile operators up to now until a regulation was devised compelling them to take notice.However, the regulation has been waiting for RCRO ratification for the last four year but it seems it will be reviewed and ratified on April 26.۱۹/
