MCI’s HLR center to accommodate for 47 million subscribers

“This is to prevent last Iranian New Year’s problems from recurring,” Hamid-Reza Aghajani told Mobna news agency.

The mobile phone network used to become inundated by the rush of seasonal New Year sms greetings.
MCI has around 36 million subscribers of whom 20 million are prepaid sim card holders.
