TCI board of directors second meeting held today

In the meeting it was decided that the first general meeting of provincial telecommunication companies would be held on Dec 21 to review requests by 30 MCI affiliated companies and the Mobile Company of Iran.
At the first TCI board meeting, its chairman of the board of directors, his deputy and the managing director were selected.
Last November, Mobin Etemad Consortium acquisitioned state-owned TCI at 15,640 billion rials with 20% down payment.
