Vafa Ghaffarian is presenting Mobil Etemad Consortium, Mostafa Seyyed-Hashemi is representing Mobin Co and Mehrdadi is representing Mahestan Co as members of TCI board of directors.
According to TCI charter, its board members are five and of the remaining two, one is to be appointed by Government and the fifth director will be appointed by the Justice Share stockbroker.
The first TCI extraordinary general meeting after its privatization was held on Nov 30 to nominate its board members who were to be confirmed within 15 days.
