Tamin Telecom likely to meet Zein and OmanTel operators

“Payment of license fee by Tamin Telecom to RCRO is not correct since its election as Third Operator is not yet certain although discussions are under way,” Lotfollah Sabouhi told Mobna news agency.
Last year RCRO selected Tamin/Ettisalat Consortium as Third Operator tender winner but rejected it four months later and has yet to declare a formal winner.
