Telecom Research Center budget not yet paid

“No payment has been made so far, although last year’s 700 billion rials budget has been fully paid,” Abbas Zarifkar told Mobna news agency.
“Around 20% of the Center’s research work is done within the center and the rest is outsourced through tender,” he added.
He said most of TRC projects this year are done on residuals from last year budget hoping that some cash would soon flow in.
