TCI general meeting due Nov 30 to elect new directors

“All shareholders can take part in the meeting,” Amir-Masood Miri told Mobna news agency.
“In the general meeting, three representatives from Tose’eh Etemad Mobin Consortium and two as government and Justice Share representatives will be elected as new members of TCI board of directors,” he said.  
”After the election, the policies and guidelines of the new privatized TCI will be adopted and best solutions to its problems will be found. Reviewing mobile and landline phone subscribers’ deposits is among such problems,” he added.
Tose’eh Etemad Mobin Consortium as TCI block share buyer will participate at Telecommunication Company of Iran pavilion at Iran Telecom 2009 Exhibition.
The consortium has acquisitioned 51% TCI block share at 80 trillion rials based on Constitution’s Article 44.
