TCI investigation extension not possible

“TCI investigation will end by the end of current Iranian year,” Ali Motahhari told Mobna news agency.
“Most of the investigation was conducted before TCI privatization. TCI share assignment is not relevant to the investigation process and the workgroup will continue its work until the end of the year,” he said.
Lack of improvement on the quality of mobile phone network, Mobile Company of Iran revenues and tariffs, first, third and Wimax operator’s license, sms tariff and TCI financial reports are among issues under investigation by the workgroup.
The group started its work in March 2009 with 11 members of Parliament industries and mines committee.
