“RCRO has provided regulations for changing Communication Service Bureaus to Governmental Communication Service Offices. With this change, all electronic government services will be issued through such offices,” Mahmoud Khosravi said.
“Second Post Operator license has been approved by RCRO commission and the organization is preparing the tender documents,” he said.
“We try to issue Second Post Operator license by the end of this Iranian year (March 2010) and hope that we assign it to two qualified companies,” he added.
