MCI offices established in Mecca and Medina

“In Hajj pilgrimage this year a group from MCI customer-care office will be established in Ghasr al-Dakhil Street in Medina and another next to Bavarth Store in Mecca,” Ali-Reza Asgharnejad told Mobna news agency.
“These two offices have been launched with the aim of offering services to MCI subscribers during the Hajj period and those subscribers whose sim card are not active may refer to them to activate their sim card,” he said.
“Iranian pilgrims may also refer to such offices if their sim card have been stolen or deactivated,” he added.
MCI roaming tariff is the same for 3 Saudi Arabia operators of al-Javd, Zain and al-Etihad in that received call tariff is 1,670 rials and outgoing call from Iran is 25,120 rials.
