Nokia owners dissatisfied with after-sale services

“Most complaints are on after-sale services of mobile sets sold by authorized Nokia agents in Iran,” Ali Sharabiani told Mobna news agency.
“For example, Nokia mobile sets purchased with Khadamat-e Talayee Nia warrantee about 10 months ago are not protected for after-sale services at other Nokia centers,” he added.
“At present, only mobile sets sold with Vahed Nokia warrantee may enjoy such services which those with other warrantees are denied of,” he added.
